NeatFinds.Store cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be taking longer than expected, we recommend first checking the latest updates using your tracking number.

Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check around your front door, mailbox, porch, reception area, or other safe delivery locations.

Ask household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.

Contact your local postal service or shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
Once a shipment has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, NeatFinds.Store cannot guarantee reimbursement for missing packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide any documentation necessary to support the investigation.
