At NeatFinds.Store, we strive to make every return and refund process simple, transparent, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about how refunds are processed.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. You will receive an update on the status of your return within 2 business days of delivery.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at Contact@neatfinds.store. Our support team will promptly investigate and assist you.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used when placing your order, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment options.

For security reasons, we are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The item has been used, damaged through misuse, altered, or modified.

  • The return request is submitted after the applicable 15-day return period.

  • The returned item is missing its original packaging, tags, manuals, or included accessories.

  • Proof of purchase or a valid order number cannot be provided.

  • The item is customized, personalized, made-to-order, or is a gift card.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued when the returned item does not fully comply with our return requirements but still retains value. Examples include:

  • Missing non-essential accessories.

  • Minor damage to the original packaging.

  • Returned items showing minimal signs of handling that do not affect functionality.

If a partial refund is considered, we will notify you of the reason and the refund amount before processing the payment.
