60-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

How to Request a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address based on your location.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and security reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale and Discounted Items

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply return the original product following this policy. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been prepared or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our 60-Day Return Policy.
